We are a leading Asset Valuation, Digital Survey & Inspection Company in Bangladesh. We are well established and globally accepted. Property Valuation & Survey (BD) Limited  (PVSBL) is an independent Asset Valuation, Digital Survey & Inspection Company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and it was established in 2022 by a Group of  professionals coming from variety of disciplines such as Property Valuation, Asset Valuation, Survey, Inspection and Engineering Consultancy. It subsequently reconstituted into a private limited company. Its corporate headquarters have been relocated to a commercial complex in House No. 38, Road No. 3, Block-D/2, Section-10, Mirpur-1216, Dhaka, Bangladesh. 

PVSBL constitutes a highly qualified group of Chartered Valuers/Appraisers (MRICS UK, Senior Appraiser of ASA, USA), Survey Engineers, Legal advisers, Auditors, Loss Adjusters, Identifier & Chartered Engineers. Managing Director & Principal Valuer of the Property Valuation & Survey (BD) Limited. He is a Post Graduate Holder. He has also completed Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM). He has also completed Land Survey from Vocational Survey & Technical Institute. He is a member of Bangladesh Evaluation Society. He is also a member of Bangladesh Survey and Valuation Companies, Firms and Individual Concerns Association. He has more than 10 years of experience in land survey & asset valuation.
